We repair a wide range of equipment including, but not limited to:

We conduct inspection, maintenance and repair services in Stavanger, Kristiansund and Mongstad. Kristiansund is our dedicated high-end facility. At the Subsea Base in Bolga, vessels up to 120 meters can conveniently dock and directly offload marine risers dockside. This reduces logistics costs and risk of damage. Once the job is completed our customers are able to pick up their equipment at the same convenient location. At our Kristiansund location we have all critical services in-house, including mechanical, welding & heat treatment, pressure testing, painting to marine specification, sand blasting, and buoyancy repair.  It is a one-stop-shop for riser maintenance because all major activities can be done in one location!

In addition to our repair services we service our clients with a full range of spare parts, tailor made to customers requirements. For several of our customers we hold a stocking agreement to reduce potential downtime and costs.

For customers who face challenges with their documentation, we help them out through Gap Analysis.

All work is carried out to relevant offshore regulations and certified by Det Norske Veritas or customer authority. Our personnel are qualified according to the relevant standards.

 Subsea equipment

For years we have serviced major companies with planned maintenance and recertification of subsea equipment.

As the worldwide infrastructure related to pipelines and platforms is ageing, the need for the inspection of risers and drilling equipment is growing. Moreover, regulations today require periodical inspections.

In Norway, the rules & regulations demand a 5 year re-certification of all equipment to maintain a high standard. Most drilling vessels are given a Drill class by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and it is a requirement that all the major equipment need to be re-classed every 5 year.

During the rig yard stay (RS), we are heavily involved in the re-classing in order to get the equipment back to our clients as fast as possible.
