HSEQ Manager – Mr. Laugen came to Sub Sea Services in 2012 from the University of Stavanger, where he was an Associate Professor lecturing in Strategic Management and Operations Management.

With more than 15 years of academic experience, he is an innovation specialist engaged in research and development in the areas of innovation management and safety.

He served as board member to the CINet – Continuous Innovation Network and holds Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Innovation Management from the University of Aalborg in Denmark. Mr. Bjørge prior to his Ph.D received a master diploma in Building and Construction also from Aalborg attended a Bachelor in Operations Management from University of Stavanger.
